Since 2014, when we first opened our doors on Edinburgh's High Street, we set out to create a warm sanctuary serving exceptional specialty coffee, honest breakfasts, and welcoming hospitality away from the Scottish drizzle.
Today, the brass kettles still shine beneath low timber beams, paired with specialty coffee and freshly prepared artisan pastries made every morning.
