A Haven on High Street
In 2014, when we first boiled our kettles at 57 High Street, Cafe Edinburgh was built around a simple promise: exceptional specialty coffee, honest artisan food, and shelter for anyone who stepped out of the rain.
Over a decade later, the warmth remains unchanged. The tables are still reclaimed Scots pine, scrubbed down at dawn. But while our space preserves this comforting sanctuary, our craft moves forward every day.
